Ghent, Belgium Ghent University (Belgium) hosted a presentation of the Global Pact for the Environment as part of the conference “Presentations 2050 – Challenges for Environmental Law”, 5th February 2019.
Professor Luc Lavrysen, juge at the Constitutional Court of Belgium and member of the IGEP, explained the concept, substance and the stakes of the Global Pact within his intervention on the “General Principles of Environmental Law“.
