“Gaps in International Environmental Law: Toward a Global Pact for the Environment”
The Environmental Law Institute just published a new book, written by Maria Antonia Tigre and focused on the Global Pact for the Environment – in particular, the Pact’s adoption process before the United Nations.
This book dives into the challenges of international environmental law, especially the specific characteristics of its construction, following the negociations of the Global Pact currently ongoing at the UN since 2017.
The book is available on the website of the Environmental Law Institute.
