“Gaps in International Environmental Law: Toward a Global Pact for the Environment”

The Environmental Law Institute just published a new book, written by┬áMaria Antonia Tigre and focused on the Global Pact for the Environment – in particular, the Pact’s adoption process before the United Nations.
