Conference in Madrid: “Hacia un derecho penal del medio ambiente : del Pacto Global a una convención contra el ecocidio”

The Pact will be in Madrid!

 

Towards an international environmental law: from the Global Pact to a convention on the ecocide” was the topic of an upcoming conference organized at the occasion of the COP25.

 

This event took place at the Centro de Estudios Políticos y Constitucionales de Madrid in presence, among others, of Laurent Fabius, president of the French Constitutional Council, Hugo A. Morán Fernández, Secretary of State for the Environment, Yolanda Gómez Sánchez, director of the Centro de Estudios Constitucionales, Mireille Delmas-Marty, professor at the Collège de France and member of the French Académie des Sciences morales et politiques, and Laurent Neyret, from the university of Versailles Saint-Quentin.
