Beijing, China During the Franco-Chinese event Regards croisés: “Breathing, drinking, eating: What rights for a healthy environment? “, the University of Law and Political Science of China (Beijing) hosted a presentation on the topic: “A healthy environment and the draft Global Pact for the Environment”.
Speakers on the Global Pact for the Environment included Yann AGUILA, General Secretary of the International Group of Experts for the Pact, WANG Canfa, Professor at the University of Law and Political Science of China and Director of the UNEP Environmental Law Research Centre, ZHOU Qian, Head of the Climate Change Negotiation Office at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China, and WANG Hua of the Biodiversity Foundation.
