Mention of the draft Global Pact in a judgement of the Privy Council (UK)

The draft Global Pact for the Environment, more particularly its article 8 relating to the principle of Polluter Pays, was cited in a recent judgment of the Privy Council (UK). Lord Carnwath, member of the IGEP, was among the judges.
