The collective work “A Global Pact for the Environment: Legal Foundations” was just published.
Co-directed by Yann Aguila and Jorge E. Viñuales, it gathers many contributions from world renowned experts in environmental law.
This publication will be presented at the occasion of an international conference at the Sorbonne (Paris, France) on May 10th and 11th.
